The LATTICE L3 is a three-module linear array — three LATTICE 3.2MP camera modules mounted side by side on a shared frame with heatsinks, a UV-resistant ventilated cowl, and a 1/4-20 tripod mount. Each module is independently selectable: choose any combination of lens and filter for Modules 1, 2, and 3 using the dropdowns above.
Every L3 ships fully assembled, synchronized, and tested. Modules can be swapped in the field as your requirements evolve.
Each LATTICE module captures 3 spectral bands. A three-module array gives you up to 9 bands, captured simultaneously across the same scene — enough spectral depth to go well beyond basic vegetation indexing.
With 9 channels you can run more advanced indices that require narrow red-edge, orange, or blue bands alongside the standard red and NIR combination. You can compute multiple indices in parallel from a single capture — NDVI from one module, NDRE from a second, and retain a true-color RGB reference from a third — without any compromise on spectral purity or spatial resolution. This is particularly valuable in precision agriculture, where chlorophyll content, canopy water status, and visual crop scouting are all needed from the same dataset.
You can also mix lens focal lengths across modules — combining wide and narrow fields of view in a single synchronized capture for simultaneous overview and detail.
The L3 array includes three LATTICE camera modules mounted on a shared frame with integrated 1/4-20 tripod thread, aluminum heatsinks for passive thermal management, and a ventilated cowl for UV and weather protection. All three camera modules are sealed to IP67, and all rear connectors — M12 X-coded GigE Ethernet (PoE) and M8 trigger sync — are waterproof.
All three modules connect to a single sync harness, ensuring simultaneous capture with less than 100μs offset between sensors. The global shutter on each module freezes the entire frame, enabling pixel-accurate band alignment even on moving platforms.
Each module requires its own M12-to-RJ45 Ethernet cable for data and power. A 3-camera sync cable harness connects all modules for synchronized triggering (add both above, and explore more accessories here).

Select a lens and filter for each module independently:
Lens options: The 87° wide lens (3.5mm, f/2.8) covers broad scenes for area monitoring, canopy coverage, and aerial imaging. The 41° narrow lens offers tighter framing for targeted measurement at greater standoff distances.

Filter options: Each filter defines which three spectral bands a module captures. RGN (Red, Green, NIR) is the most common choice for vegetation indices like NDVI. OCN (Orange, Cyan, NIR) provides an alternative band combination for certain crop and soil analyses. NGB (NIR, Green, Blue) is suited for water quality and coastal monitoring. RGB captures standard visible color for reference imagery and visual inspection.
Common L3 configurations: RGN + OCN + RGB — 9 bands spanning visible through NIR with a true-color reference. The most comprehensive single-array configuration for precision agriculture. RGN + OCN + NGB — 9 bands maximizing spectral diversity across all available filters. Suited for research applications requiring the widest possible spectral sampling. RGN + RGB + RGB(41°) — Multispectral index data plus simultaneous wide and narrow true-color views for visual scouting at two scales.
Need the maximum spectral coverage? Step up to a LATTICE L4 (12 bands). Need fewer bands at a lower cost? The L1 and L2 arrays cover 3- and 6-band applications. Every LATTICE array connects to the same Chloros processing pipeline — calibration targets, DAQ ambient light sensors, and Chloros+ automation features work identically across all array sizes.
