Warranty, Refund, Shipping Policy

MAPIR, Inc warrants to the original retail purchaser of all hardware products listed for sale at www.mapir.camera (the “Product”) that at the time of purchase that this product is free from material defect in materials and workmanship. Should this Product fail during normal usage and conditions due to defective material or workmanship within one year from the date of purchase, or such longer period as is required by applicable law (“Warranty Period”), such defect(s) will be repaired or replaced at MAPIR's option, without charge for parts or labor directly related to the defect(s).

This Warranty extends only to customers who purchase the product from a MAPIR authorized reseller and is not transferable or assignable. This Warranty does not apply to: (1) Product subjected to abnormal use or conditions, accident (including without limitation, collision, crash or fire), alteration, or improper repair; (2) damage from exposure to moisture or extreme environmental conditions; (3) damage from use with any accessory, software or other product not expressly authorized by MAPIR; (4) damage from external causes such as dirt, sand, battery leakage, blown fuse, or improper usage of any electrical source; or (5) use in violation of law or ordinances in effect in the jurisdiction in which the Product is used.

MAPIR assumes no liability for any accident, injury, death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from the use of this product. MAPIR makes no other warranties for the Product, and makes no warranties whatsoever for service, software, maintenance or support for non-MAPIR branded products. Such products, service, software, maintenance or support is provided by MAPIR “As Is” and any third-party warranties, products, software, services, maintenance or support are provided by the original manufacturer or supplier, not by MAPIR.

THE EXTENT OF MAPIR'S LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT PROVIDED ABOVE AND, IN NO EVENT, SHALL ITS LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY PURCHASER FOR THE PRODUCT.

 

 RETURNS, REPAIRS, REPLACEMENTS, AND REFUNDS

Product purchased directly from MAPIR or from an Authorized MAPIR Reseller may be returned within the Warranty period if defective.

Warranty Returns

If your MAPIR product has a defect in materials or workmanship, please contact our Service team toll free at +1 (877) 949-1684, direct at +1 (619) 554-8848 or via email. Our knowledgeable team can help you diagnose and fix most problems that may arise.  If we can’t help you fix the problem, you may be entitled to repair or replacement, which you can process HERE.

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period. The warranty is limited and will not apply, for example, when the product has been misused or altered.

 Products delivered to us without a return authorization code or without original packaging and contents will be returned to you at your expense.

Warranty Return Processing

MAPIR will test your product. If your product qualifies for warranty repair or replacement, MAPIR will, at its sole discretion, (i) repair or replace the product or (ii) issue store credit instead of repair or replacement.

If your product does not qualify for warranty repair or replacement, MAPIR will notify you. You may authorize us to repair the product at your expense, including a $20 inspection fee.
